Service Agreement
Description: The relationship between BMcTALKS and you is co-creative. First, we develop goals, then we draft an action plan, and BMcTALKS provides guidance so you can work toward achieving those goals.

Confidentiality
Everything discussed in your session(s) is confidential unless otherwise authorized by law.
BMcTALKS handouts or course material is not available for resale, distribution, or use outside of our coaching arrangement.
Scheduling
I will call you or arrive for our vidoeconference session at the appointed time scheduled by you. There is a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive to a session more than 5 minutes late, then there will be a charge for the session; the session will be forfeited and cannot be made-up.
Scheduling Changes
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, then a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. If such notice is not provided in writing, then there will be a charge for the session; the session will be forfeited and cannot be made-up. In the event of an emergency, then rescheduling is determined on a case-by-case basis.
You are free to reject any of BMcTALKS's advice or suggestions, but also know BMcTALKS's intention is always to get you to your destination. Let's RIISE together!
BMcTALKS's Responsibilities:
- BMcTALKS will use heightened communication skills, meaningful questions, and deliberate listening skills to support you as you work to refine your skills.
- BMcTALKS will follow an agenda that will be combined with your personal goals and objectives.
- BMcTALKS will guide the coaching session as your needs are ascertained and/or as they are communicated by you either in written form, verbally, or nonverbally.
- BMcTALKS will provide a safe, encouraging environment in which you can grow.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will arrive to each session with personal goals and objectives.
- You will be physically and mentally present for the duration of each coaching session.
- You will be challenged in order to grow, and you understand you are responsible for your own results.
- You will have fun!
