Confidentiality Everything discussed in your session(s) is confidential unless otherwise authorized by law. BMcTALKS handouts or course material is not available for resale, distribution, or use outside of our coaching arrangement. Scheduling I will call you or arrive for our vidoeconference session at the appointed time scheduled by you. There is a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive to a session more than 5 minutes late, then the session will be forfeited, and cannot be made-up.
Scheduling Changes If you need to reschedule an appointment, then a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. In the event of an emergency, then rescheduling is determined on a case-by-case basis.
